Cheryle Rebholz

NCA Founder and Board of Directors President
Term Date: August ‘24- August ‘27

My journey to founding the first nonprofit, private Hillsdale College–affiliated high school in Ozaukee County has been shaped by decades of experience in education, service, and community leadership. My husband and I moved to Mequon in 1990 to raise our family, and I became deeply involved as a K–12 parent volunteer and Junior Achievement instructor and board member.

After our children graduated, I served on the Mequon-Thiensville School District Board of Education from 2012–2015, gaining valuable experience in school governance, finance, and operations. When it became clear that meaningful reform would require a new approach, I began exploring alternative models.

Years of research, school visits, and mentorship from experienced educators and administrators have prepared me to help launch a classical high school rooted in academic excellence, character formation, and opportunity for every student.

Inna Turner

Vice President
Term Date: March ’23-March ‘27

I currently serve as Vice President and Customer Service Manager for an American multinational financial services company, overseeing Wisconsin and parts of Minnesota. Over 30 years in the industry—20 in leadership roles—I have focused on developing teams, solving problems with urgency, and delivering consistent results through accountability and clear communication.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in management and finance from Cardinal Stritch University, graduating at the top of my class.

In recent years, I became active in local school board efforts to advocate for parental involvement and academic rigor. When our family chose a private classical high school for our child, the results were transformational—academic confidence, excellence, and scholarship success. That experience shaped my strong belief in classical education.

I am honored to serve on the NorthShore Classical Academy board, bringing both personal conviction and professional leadership experience in support of its mission.
